4. Payment Terms
Billing is based on service packages or hourly agreements outlined at project initiation. Payments are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in the contract. Recurring clients may be billed monthly or bi-weekly based on mutual agreement. Late payments may lead to service suspension until resolved.
5. Cancellation & Termination
Clients may cancel services at any time by providing a 14-day written notice. IdealTech Solutions reserves the right to terminate a project or agreement with immediate effect in cases of breach of terms, non-payment, or abusive conduct. Any dues must be cleared before termination is finalized.
6. Confidentiality
All data, credentials, and information shared with IdealTech Solutions are kept strictly confidential and are only used to fulfill the agreed services. We do not share, sell, or distribute client information to any third party unless legally required or with prior consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
IdealTech Solutions will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. While we strive for 100% service accuracy and uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operations or performance beyond our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party platform issues).
